Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the SBAdvisoryBoard platform and any membership subscription you purchase. Last updated 30 August 2026.
1. Who you are contracting with
The Small Business Advisory Board platform at sbadvisorygroup.com (the “Service”) is operated by Norbeck Technologies, Inc., a corporation trading as SBAdvisoryBoard (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Norbeck Technologies, Inc..
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Notice, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to contract.
3. The Service
The Service provides federal solicitation intelligence, compliance screening, partner matchmaking, deal rooms, and governance tooling for small business federal contractors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service within the membership tier you have selected, solely for your internal business purposes.
4. Accounts and accuracy
You must provide accurate registration, entity, and capability information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of procurement regulation;
- engage in fraud, misrepresentation of socio-economic status, spam, or solicitation abuse;
- infringe the intellectual property or confidentiality rights of any person, including other members’ rate cards and proposal content;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including malware, probing, penetration testing without written consent, scraping, or circumventing technical or plan limits;
- reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its data.
6. Intellectual property
Norbeck Technologies, Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, data models, documentation, templates, and branding. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and the counterparties you invite.
7. Service levels
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Government data sources, including SAM.gov and solicitation portals, may change or be unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the Service is legal, accounting, or bid-protest advice.
8. Payment and subscription terms
Memberships are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and on our membership page. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we never store your full card details. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
9. Seller of record
Norbeck Technologies, Inc. is the seller of record for all memberships and is responsible for billing, invoices, customer service, and refunds. Stripe acts solely as our payment processor. Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required.
10. Pursuit stakes and escrow
Refundable pursuit stakes posted inside a deal room are a separate performance mechanic and are governed by the Universal Master Teaming Accord and the deposit FAQ. They are not membership fees and are not covered by the subscription refund window.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use rules or governance documents. On termination your licence ends; you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, contract award, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is unlawful.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify Norbeck Technologies, Inc. against claims arising from your content, your unlawful or non-compliant use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
16. General
You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
