Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

1. Guild membership & platform subscriptions

• Self-service cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your billing page to stop future renewals. Membership access, deal room monitoring and match visibility continue through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• 7-day low-usage guarantee. A 100% refund is available within 7 days of initial signup only if account usage is minimal: fewer than 3 partner profiles viewed, zero deal rooms joined, and zero teaming artifacts or RFP match documents downloaded.
• Deal room consumption gate. Once a member accepts an invitation to or joins an active Federal Deal Room, accesses proprietary partner capability statements, or downloads shared capture files, subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.

2. Pursuit escrow deposits ($250)

• Completed pursuits. The deposit is refunded to your original payment method upon delivery of compliant proposal copy at the Pink Team milestone, upon successful proposal submission, or upon a mutually agreed “No-Go” decision made before proposal milestones. Refunds are net of non-returned merchant processing costs (estimated at $7.55 on a $250 card payment).
• Default & abandonment. The deposit is forfeited if a contractor unilaterally withdraws from an active joint pursuit without notice, fails to deliver committed teaming workshare sections, or breaches a signed non-disclosure agreement.

3. Capability audits & verification fees

Automated SAM.gov entity verification and capability audit processing fees are non-refundable once initiated.

4. Annual commitments

Annual memberships have a 14-day evaluation window from the initial charge, subject to low-usage rules: zero deal room entries and fewer than 5 partner profile views. After 14 days, or upon entering a deal room, annual memberships are non-refundable for the balance of the term.

How to request a refund

Email billing@sbadvisorygroup.com from the address used at checkout, or include the invoice number from your receipt. Every refund request is reviewed and approved individually by Norbeck Technologies, Inc. to confirm usage eligibility before funds are released. Approved refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.
