“SBAdvisoryBoard”, “Small Business Advisory Board”, “BidBoard”, “ThunderJaws”, “RuntoWork”, and related logos, marks, and trade dress are trademarks or registered trademarks of Norbeck Technologies, Inc.. Third parties may not use these marks without prior written permission except to identify the Company’s products or services in accordance with applicable law.

All inventions and improvements developed for or in connection with the Service have been, or will be, assigned to Norbeck Technologies, Inc. under applicable employee, contractor, and contributor agreements.

Contractors, developers, and other contributors working with the Company are required to execute Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreements containing present-tense assignment clauses before accessing confidential materials or contributing to any Company project.

5. Confidentiality and NDAs

Access to non-public product roadmaps, deal-room data, member information, and pre-release features is governed by confidentiality obligations and, where required, by signed non-disclosure agreements. Unauthorised disclosure, reverse engineering, or use of confidential information is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create using the Service. By uploading content, you grant Norbeck Technologies, Inc. a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and the counterparties you invite.
